Never turn your car off when you drop off a deposit Empty

Well I had an interesting morning on Wednesday. I was put to open the store that morning so I did my stuff then took off to the bank to drop off the deposit from the night before just like normal.

I got to the bank turn off the brick got out dropped the deposit off then got back in and went to crank the brick and IT WOULDNT CRANK!!! So I try again and again and again and it wouldn't. So after a few choice words I push the brick into a parking spot and literally run back to work and just barely got the store opened by 8am like I'm suppose to.

So I call Dad and he goes out there and....it crank right up and has ever since. It was the strangest thing ever. But this morning when I went to drop off the deposit I wouldn't dare turn the car off lol.

maybe its a bad spot on the starter...........did it do any clicking when ya tried to start it? Id go over it and see how the connections all look............sometimes if theirs a bad connection, itll heat up and weld itself together, then it connects better, but its still not good to leave it like that.....

yeah, i agree with joe, it has to be in the spark system somewhere. ur truck has a distributor cap and rotor? i had an issue with mine where i went to start my mazda up and it wouldnt turn over, just sat there, and it tried to start but wouldnt, turned out my coil wire (BRAND NEW) came disconnected from the my distributor and it wouldnt start. you might have a crack in the cap, was it raining outside when this happened? if so, thats prolly it, or you have a bad connection with ur coil wire. hope this helps ya bud.

EDIT: sorry, i didnt know u were talking about the volvo, so rephrase the "ur truck" part

My vote too.
Ignition issue.
If it comes and go? (intermittent) It can easily be an electrical issue
