| HAHAHA.... nice. I wish i could, but due to my rediculous schedule... I am having this installed.... I will do the B4's and afters though.... And I bought a set of rims and tires tonight..... 31"x10.5" Coopers with decent tread on 15x8 wheels. I think it will work for the time being. However, I am having ONE issue that I am hoping someone could help me with..... He did not have the center caps to the wheels.... and did not buy them himself, so has no idea what the brand is... could someone take a look at the pic below and tell me what brand/style these are so I can order the center caps? | |

| you should be able to get some numbers off the rims.. looks like there are some in the center or they are on the back.. type them into google and you should be able to come up with something.. they look like an old style of american racing rims though.. | |

| thats what I was thinking, but I could not find any. Those you see in the middle are symbols of some sort. I am going to get them cleaned up best I can and see what I can find.... but if I have to run them capless, they would still look better then what i have not...LOL | |

| Okay, finally, after all this time, I cleaned them up and this is what i found. ON THE BACK of each of the six spokes are a series of numbers... (1) 15X7JJ Which I assume means they are 15X7 rims... (2) ET-5 ???? (3) FA 007 ???? (4) VIA P-755KG ???? (5) VIA T-865KG ???? (6) MAX LOAD 1500lbs... and I am sure I know what that means. When I cleaned up the fronts, I found the symbol for what looks like VIA as well..... Does this help anyone? Any ideas? | |

| Okay, this is where I am at. VIA is a Japanese wheel manufacterer for Mercedes and BMW and the "symbols" I mentioned earlier in this thread are representative of these companies, - Quote :
- The JWL mark and VIA mark are applied in Japan.
The council is made up of the Nippon Auto Parts Aftermarket Committee (NAPAC) JAWA Division and the Japan Aluminum Association (JAA) along with the Japan Vehicle Inspection Association. Also, the P-755KG numbers are marked as the size of the rims, the offset, the backspacing and whatnot.... Doing a search for these rims as a whole, has not broguht me closer to ones like mine, but they could be a discontinued model as well.... And sinze the only number I have not found is the FA-007, perhaps that is the model number? Is anyone else following this, or am I going about this the totally wrong way? LMAO | |

| HAI FUKKING FOUND THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FA-007 IS THE MODEL NUMBER!!!!! OMG THIS TOOK WAY TO FRIGGIN LONG!!!!!!!! As it turns out, they are 845 dollars a set of four and shipped only from europe. So whoever bought these originally were like me, looking for something different and unique. I found two sites these are sold on, and I sent an inquirey email to both asking if either would sell me just the center caps... I will let you all know how that goes.... | |

| Okay, project XJ is underway..... I own the lift, and the rims and the tires, but have had to delay the install due to my lovely work schedule, however, I did manage to find time this last weekend to get some improvement on my sound inside the Jeep..... This was my factory head unit... AM/FM/Cassette Now I am rockin the same head unit I had in the F250, My Kenwood Excelon XC-790 Oh, and I apologize, these are definitely not my best set of pictures.... I think my batteries in my camera are dying...LOL Anyways, that sounded HORRIBLE! I have been able to live with the speakers any vehicle has come with, but these, SOOOOO... I had to replace them. and since I am a geek, I also went with Kenwood Excelon series 5 1/4 rounds. Here are the old speakers... can you guess why they sounded like crap? LOL And here are my new babies..... LOL | |

| AND, here is what's next.... Kenwood Excelon Dual voice coil 10" subwoofers. Two of them. All I am waiting on is my AMP, and wiring, along with the box.... Here is the AMP I am getting, Its a ... you guessed it, a Kenwood Excelon 1200 watt mono amp that can run 1-ohm stable. Should kick-butt! LMAO I decided to keep the branding all the same for once... nice huh? | |

| LOL.... I agree. See normally I can live with the sound my vehicles have had, but this was just plain awful to the point I drove in silence! LMAO..... Anyways, hopefully, within the next week or so, i will have the amp and box... Too bad pictures cannot portray the unbelievable difference in sound...LOL | |

| Well i guess that is true. LOL... Well sadly, no pictures as of yet. Ran into some issues, and I will not be getting it back until tomorrow. He had to cut each and every single bolt off this thing...lol... guess it does not help that it is fifteen years old... Anyways, he needs to get a brake line repaired tomorrow, get the rear shackles adjusted, and install my tires then I am good to go. so cross fingers that I will have pics tomorrow night! | |

| FINGERS CROSSED for no more problems and for pic tomorrow. It's not surprising that the bolts didn't come off with out a fight. It's funny what a little oil spraying a vehicle can do... At some point my 57 Chev use to be oil sprayed. Mind you the suspension bolts still won't break, but some of the body panel bolts still come off. I'll have to get my Silverado sprayed soon to protect it from this mean ol Ontario road salt. | |
