If anyone wants or needs the fluid capacities for their truck(s), just post up the year, make, model, etc... and I can get it for you.

I can only go back to 1973, so if its older then that. My appoligies. I also found out I cant get info for 2010 model year vehicles yet.

I had to butcher this a little. When I look up a 1985 C10 it doesnt list a 454. So, all the info is for a 1985 C10 EXCEPT the engine info, thats for a 1977 454.

1977;
C30;

Engine, without filter..........6.0 quarts
With filter..............7.0 quarts

C20;
Engine, without filter..........5.1 quarts
With filter..............6.0 quarts

1985;
Cooling System, Initial Fill..........18.0 quarts
Automatic Transmission, THM700-R4 ReFill..........5.0 quarts
Automatic Transmission, THM400 ReFill..........4.3 quarts
Automatic Transmission, Initial Fill
4 speed THM700-R4..........12.0 quarts
3 speed THM400..........11.0 quarts
Manual Transmission, 3-SPD..........3.0 pints
Manual Transmission, 4-SPD..........8.0 pints
Differential, with 10.5 ring gear Chev Rear..........7.2 pints
Differential, with 10.5 ring gear Dana Rear..........5.5 pints
Differential, with 12.25 ring gear Rear..........14.0 pints
Differential, with 8.5 ring gear Rear..........4.2 pints
Differential, with 9.5 ring gear Rear..........5.5 pints
Differential, with 9.75 ring gear Rear..........5.9 pints

TORQUES
Oil Drain Plug.....20 ft-lbs
Manual Transmission 3-SPD
Fill Plug.....13 ft-lbs
Manual Transmission 4-SPD W/ SLC
Manual Transmission 4-SPD W/ TLC

So just a question for a fellow HD44 owner... Do you have as hard a time as I do trying to find aftermarket parts for your 44... I had to shop and shop and shop and finally after about 3 weeks of shopping a buddy of mine finally found a product line that had what I needed... He works for the local 4x4 and semi truck service center and it still took him forever to find them
