| Today I found some time to get started on the nasty old Rocker Panels / Steps First things first cut out the rusty parts to make room for the new. This is the new replacement step Here is a nice example of my supplier wasting my money That little panel in the picture below is called a rocker panel for this truck. = $47.67 cdn the larger panel is the rocker / step it = $89 cdn My supplier said I had to buy my parts in 3 pcs = $160 Luckily and found this complete rocker / step at the car show a couple of weeks ago. My old supplier emailed me and asked if I was ready to order the remaining parts I needed. In not so many words.. I told them to take a hike. | |

Thanks 76 Sil HaHaHa My daughter has a 67 Stange it's pretty bad too We talked about getting started and cutting the rust out of is or just sending it out to get Blasted. Either way... there not going to be a hole lot of car left. Me and the boys will get it cleaned up... She'll come down and open the garage door and say "Where's my car?" cause there'll be nothing left. LOL | |
