well, heres a little update on me. i recently turned 18, im legal now! lol, dumped my girlfriend, and im thinking about a new truck VERY soon.

the Deal-
so, i was looking on craigslist and found an '88 bronco for 1400 bucks. i emailed the guy and asked him if he would consider trading for a smaller truck. he said it depends on what kind of truck. so i sent him a few good shots of my baby, some info, and now im awaiting a reply.

the Bronco-
its a 1988 Ford Bronco 4x4, freshly rebuilt 302 small block with a c6 tranny, get this, the motor is factory refurbished which means it has a warranty on all the parts. anyways, its got Warn manual locking hubs, all new parts, body isnt rusty but it doesnt look brand new, primer and surface rust on the outside, havent seen the inside yet. its got brand new 32" tires on it, and the body has no dents or dings hardly. the only problem with it is the fuel pump, he said it may need a new one even though it starts and runs good.

this is the body style and goal look if i get it.

hey guys FOBR8791

any thoughts, complaints, comments, suggestions, questions, etc?

i only plan on putting maybe a 3" lift on it so i can fit 33's, new paint, some foggers, new wheels... thats about it. maybe a roof rack.

thats my thought anyways. i have already priced a 6" lift kit for it and some wheels and tires.

i found a 6" suspension lift with shocks included for only like 500 bucks, rims i can get really cheap at this place by my house and the 35's im guessing will run about 800-1000 bucks.

what is wrong with the rims and tires on it already? they look pretty sharp to me....

Either way when you get it, AND get it built, you planning on a run up here to go wheelin or what?! LOL

Jr, 2 words for ya...

HELL YEAH!

but its not even close to my driveway yet, i am still waiting for the guy to tell me when i can come down and look at it. right now, i think its stock lift, maybe it has a 2" leveling kit on it, im not sure, but its running 32" tires that are pretty much new, or so he says, but im pretty sure they are street tires.

i do plan on wheeling it once it gets lifted and rubber'd, im not too worried about the primer paint job, but eventually, i want to get the paint with the eddie bauer blue theme, this is another goal except this is the newer body style of bronco.
