How many GM Trucks have you had?

Just an unofficial show of hands.

Personally I have had eleven new GM trucks and another half dozen used ones. Bought my first new one in 1982. It was a first year S10 V6 all loaded up. Along the way I've bought 2 new Nissans (98 Frontier excab 4x4, 07 Titan), 1 new Mazda (B4000 Excab in 98) and a Ford... but I always ended up back at GM.

yeah but only 3 of them are able to move on there own power... the 85 c10, the jimmy and the 93 fullsize blazer... the rest are sitting in my driveway or at my shop waiting for upgrades... lol..

not yet.. i didnt get batteries yet for my camera... i still gotta take updated pics of all my trucks...

darn man you got a crap load of projects don't you!!

the 91 needs a clutch but i aint in a rush to do that cause i cant modify anything on it and it only has a 4 banger, the 87 c10 is now a donor truck for the 86 c10 convertable... i just need the 87 cab.. and if anything ever happens to my 85s bed... and the 99 blazer i just picked up for the wife to drive... it needs some front sheetmetal and the front bumper horns to be fixed but by now i am a pro at dismantaling the front end of a wrecked blazer/jimmy... then i can start on the sas for the jimmy... lol.. to many projects and not enough funds...

GMAC hated me after my back injury and off work for 2 years, and I had given them their truck back. So when things got better, Ford Credit loved me and why I had the 2 nicer Fords otherwise I have only bought Fords for cheap work trucks. Its true, I did spend more on repairs of the 6 Fords than I did the 17 GM trucks. Honest. Not just trying to bash Ford. Just the way it worked out.

As you can see my early years were all Ford's, all I have left are my M35A2, Subaru and the Avalanche, which I really like. I can't say I'd never buy a Ford again and as I've heard it said, never say never!

YEah, I cried a little bit...... anyone would if they watched their 454/built turbo400/np205, dana 60 front, 14 bolt rear truck burn up
