| Just went outside with the maglite and looked....the ground isn't black there. Must have been the crappy camera. In fact, all the ground is either brown, or green. | |

the smoking from the manifold is just oil.. no matter what, it's going to smoke until you burn it off.. just let it run and burn off as long as it's not leaking.. i suggest an immediate oil change if the car has been sitting since 01.. i also suggest adding a quart of lucas oil stabilizer. it really helps keeping old motors like yours ticking | |

| Motor sounds to me like its chugging. Possibly a bad plug wire or plug. | |
