In2Trux Man Cave

It is getting on to 2 month that my wife and I have been living in our new home, and every spare moment I get I try to spend getting my garage organized.
But as you can imagine it is an on going fight to keep it somewhat clean when it's being used as a dumping zone.

Well I thought I would start this thread in order to to keep track of my painstakingly slow progress. I can see even after I get it into working order and am able to bring my toy in it... I'm am still going to be doing changes and improvements. Now I will be able to document those changes here in my Man Cave chronicles

So as of today (Aug 07 2010) This is were I'm at in my never ending battle to get organized. LOL







I've managed to get started of building some loft like shelves for tons of storage
I love these high ceilings





And I put cable TV in this morning so I could watch Extreme 4X4. turned out to be a re-run
Ian narrowed some Dana 60s for the TJ build

Thanks Andrew It's not quite a FULL 2 car garage, but it's better then what I had.

I don't mind Ian.. His home town is a couple of hrs east of me. We chatted real time on facebook a while back, Nice guy.

I'm looking forward to loading up my shelve and making room down below.
As soon as it's cleaned up I'm getting a bunch of guys from our local 4x4 club to help me bring my 57 hear.

good. that sob needs some lovin. lol.

Yeah. I could squeeze 2 cars in there. mined you I wouldn't be able to open the doors LOL.

But it's a nice comfortable size for my DMax or my 57 Chev Panel van.

I like my garage. It's not the biggest I've ever had, but it will work for what I need it for.

least its yours.. i wish i had a garage at my house.. there use to be one but somewhere along the line it got renovated and tuned into a den/office area..

Joe. Once the word gets out that you are proficient at EFI Live, it won't be long till you'll be rockin your own shop.

There is a guy here in Ontario that people will travel 100s of mile to see. To buy and have him install and tune their own EFILive system. He has gottin quite the awesome reputation for awesome tunes.
He has just organize an End of Season GTG (get together) for his customera
at a southern race track (Cayuga Motor Sports Speedway) and then a BBQ at his huge shop. gassers and diesel all will be attending.

the word is already out that i know how to tune cars.. all i need now is a better program to tune dodge's and ill be able to tune just about anyhting..

Yeah every once in a while I like to sit back and Think about everything I have and were I'am and were I came from.

Then I just can't help but thank my lucky stars.

Glenn, I just realized something. In all those pictures there is one thing that is missing. And its a very important addition to any man cave.

Where is the Beer Fridge?!?

Your rite, The beer fridge is gone. Too big, it took up too much valuable room. Good eye BTW.
I'm looking for a deal on one of those smaller (Mini Fridges)

There is one helluva kegerator for sale on craigslist here. Been thinkin about giving it a new home.

Put a keg in it and keeps it ice cold with a electric pump and tap outside.

That's kinda what I imagined. but I still have never seen one up here, and I live in a College and University community.
