Time to brag a little

Dethatched the whole lawn, towed the dead MTD back to the shed, and played in the garden a little. All on less than 1 tank of gas. Whoever said murrays cant do real work has never met my murray lol. Love my tractor







Need to do some more work in the garden still. She does a good job for what it is. Been waitin on a calm day to burn that little bit of brush.

i cant wait till i put the turbo on my little murry.. i know im gonna blow it to peices.. haha.. better add a shrapnal sheild to the list of to does.. lol

their was a guy that supercharged a little briggs on utube lol

i thought about that.. but rather then have it be boosting all the time i wanted to set it up so the lever for the blades would engage the turbo but i was gonna take off the HOT side housing and weld a pulley to the shaft.. then i wouldnt have to worry about welding the waste gate shut or anythig like that but we shall see what the final outcome is.. i picked the turbo up today from the junkyard.. gotta love volvos.. the 2 that i grabed the other day out of the maserati were wasted..

IF i understand what your saying correctly, your bearings wont last long lol, but then again the whole motor wont last long lol.

Looks like a SS12 or SS16. Hard to kill those.

Its a 68' SS12. Very cool IMO.

Old lawnmowers were the bomb. There is a mid 60's Simplicity or Statesman or something with an "S" at a friends rental property. Looks like it's been there for quite a while. It's in good shape, as it's been indoors.
