Well Got Er In Empty
PostSubject: Well Got Er In   Well Got Er In EmptyJanuary 5th 2010, 6:52 pm

Well I got my new radiator in after many problems. Well the 1st rad I ordered was outta stock and they had to make new ones (would of took 3 weeks). So we special ordered one for a AC which would of been $350. Got it home and it wouldnt work. Turns out someone stuck a 73 rad in there at one time. So we had to order a 73 which was 20 dollars cheaper. That 20 dollars went into antifreeze lol! but heres a pic. Its upside down i know lol I dont like the filling hole on the newer rad. but better than notin

Yeah, it seems the newer ones are all slant top fill necks. I too prefer the older straight up fill neck. Congrats on a successful repair. cheers

its all the same radiator though. my rad is the same as the one in the fullsize trucks i took one out to test fit it in mine cause i wanted the 4 fin setup instead of the 2 fin that came in mine stock.
