Foamy stuff? The butterscotch stuff from the oil and coolant mixing?

Get a can of b-12 Chemtool and add it to the oil, run the engine for no more then 1 minute then drain the oil. Refill with new oil/filter, then flush the coolant and voila!

I just changed the oil in the truck after, then after 100 miles, and was done with it.

this is on my buddies truck and we drained it after we repaced the gaskets, put fresh oil in ran it for about 20 min in the driveway, shut it and off drained it hot . then we put fresh in it and he is going to run it about a hundred miles and change it. we have checked it several times since we took it for the first ride this morning, and its looking good so far. he will have a hundred miles on it by monday. thanks for the help.
