Hi everyone I'm Thinking about buying a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with a 5.7 hemi, can someone tell me the good and bad of this Truck 96,000 Miles. what should I be looking for. Thanks James

pop the oil cap and baffle off and check for sludgy carbon build up in the motor.. sign of ill maintance.. looks like its from a dealer so they have probably masked any obvious problems so make sure you check into there return policy or warrentee program before you buy.. you dont want to be stuck with a truck thats a lemon but you shouldnt run into anything other then the normal problems because mopar guys usually take care of there babys... when they break there expensive so do all your maintance to prevent that..

oh yeah and check the wear patturn on the tires.. if its uneven then it either needs suspension work or its been in an accident where the frames been damaged and straightened...

I thought no one was here any more, and I work at this dealer I'm a chevy guy but cant find a chevy in my price that I want to spend I'm only giving them $6000 and my 2000 chevy Truck Thanks for the help I'm going to keep my Truck Jim
