Well here is my ride. This is not a project thread, but look for new photos....

It is a 2004 Ford F250 Superduty. I have had it for about six months now and have forced into places that a truck this size whould NEVER have gone! LMAO..... it is a gasoline 5.4l and I like it that way! Check it out and let me know what you think.....

Some battle with flare, Some beg you to stare,
Some roar like a Bear, Or think that it's rare,
But I say, 'Who cares?' My Jeep's over there,
It may not have flare, but it will drive right over theirs!

I have come to really like it myself. Have you seen my latest video with it?

I could not agree with you more! Especially now... i have developed a leak between the gasket and housing just before the cats and it sounds very ill now... so yeah, definitely an exhaust. although my buddies camera up in maine caught some sound while doing some rock crawling and it sounded pretty decent... listen in the video on the portal and you will see what I mean... so I am anxious to hear it and drive it once that mod is done.

What are you getting for fuel economy with that thing?

When I first bought it, I was getting an average of about 13.4mpg between city and highway. Howeve, since then I have done a major service. I flushed and replaced the engine oil, tranny oil, transfer case oil and both diff's with Amsoil full synthetic. I have also switched to Shell gasoline with the fuel cleaning additive. Then I took that road trip to Maine with it. And on the way there and on the way back, I got a little over 19mpg with it! I could not be happier! Now while I was up there, I spent more time off road with it in 4lo so the mileage sucked up there....LMAO But to be frank, I am not dissapointed with the fuel economy out of this thing at all, considering its size!

Hows it handle towing? Whats the heaviest you have pulled with it?

It drives better with a load. The heaviest I have towed was the S10, so far. Trailer was about 2200lbs and the trucks is 4400lbs.... But that is towing. the largest i have pulled was a John Deer tractor. It rolled whle I was in maine, so I used my truck to help roll it back over.... But nah, most I have "towed" was this....

Looking good. One thing I dont like about my truck, even towing it rides rough.

Whats the fuel economy towing?

About 11-12mpg... but the last time I towed, was before I switched gas and fluids. It rides smoother with a load though. That I do appreciate.

for noise on exhaust check exhaust mainfold studs they have issues with stud broke.
