made quite a difference and only took about 10 minutes and only required a pair of pliers and an allen wrench. The gentlemen in this video will tell you about it.

Yup, and the N/A 6.5Ls. Just be careful man, you keep turning that screw and it will run away on you.

im 99.99% certain i could turn it out all the way and it wouldnt run away. All it does is feed more fuel at low rpms. at higher rpms it does nothing.
